Carmella Patterson beautifully described September in her poem, ‘Ninth Month’

“September’s entrance promises
crisper cooler days,
breezes softly beckoning
walks in parks,
changing of leaves’ colors’ subtleties
saving them
for end of month’s
transformations anew”

And that is exactly what we are now looking forward to in Oman with the weather slowly but surely changing for the better! Most people are back after the long, hot summer and the WGO too has started its new season with Membership Registrations and our very popular Welcome Back Brunch held on 17 September, 2013 at the Grand Hyatt Ballroom.
