WGO Donate to Dar Al Atta’s Let’s Read Programme

It was our absolute honor to present a cheque for RO1,000 to Jane Bickmore-Jaffer, MBE for the Dar Al Atta’s Let’s Read Programme. Simply, the programme works to promote the love of reading to children in Oman. Please join their Facebook group, Dar Al Atta’s Let’s Read, to find out more.

We had the pleasure to have a look round the Let’s Read Bus and library and it is absolutely brilliant! Please, if you get the time, go and see their choice of books to browse or buy. Soft backs are only RO1 and hard backs RO2! We can’t wait to go back! You can also donate your used books directly to the programme, Let’s Read is located on the 3rd floor of Avenues Mall. Alternatively you can bring them to WGO coffee mornings throughout February at Asmahan Rest & Cafe in MQ, we will then drop them off for you.
