Tips on completing the form correctly
When filling in the form, use the name that appears on your resident card for the ‘First Name’ and ‘Family Name’ as if there is a discrepancy at a Business Partner they will ask to see your resident card and if the names don’t match you may not be granted the discount.

Ladies who are returning members need to only tick FULL MEMBER.
If you have never been a member of the WGO you will need to tick NEW MEMBER and FULL MEMBER.
If you are a returning male member you will need to tick ASSOCIATE MEMBER.
If you are a new male member you will need to tick ASSOCIATE MEMBER and NEW MEMBER.
