Over the past four Wednesdays, the WGO has been holding its coffee mornings at City Seasons Hotel in Al Khuwair from 10.00am to 12 Noon. ‘Making friends and raising funds’ is probably the best way to describe the Women’s Guild in Oman, (WGO) now marking its 40th year. Beginning in 1973 with just 13 ladies, the WGO now has over 2000 members of 92 different nationalities, making it a truly international group.
