Aqua-Tots Swim School Muscat

Aqua-Tots Swim School is based inside Seeb Club in Hay Al Kawthar and offers year-round, indoor swimming lessons for children from 4 months up to 12 years old. The pool is heated to 32°C and classes run with a maximum of four students per instructor.

Part of an international network with 165+ locations across 14 countries, the curriculum focuses on water safety and confidence rather than competitive swimming. Lessons run 30 minutes and the school uses an app to track each child’s progress. Make-up lessons are available, and classes run on evenings and weekends.

It’s a practical option if you have young children and want consistent, structured swimming lessons throughout the year — the indoor setup means the heat and the school calendar don’t disrupt the programme.
