Bright Beginnings Nursery has been running in Madinat Al Sultan Qaboos since 1998, making it one of the longer-established nurseries in Muscat. It takes children from 6 months through to 3.5 years — so it covers babies, toddlers, and pre-school age in one setting. The nursery recently reopened with updated facilities and a revised curriculum, and it’s based on early childhood development principles with a focus on play and exploration. For expat families arriving in MSQ with very young children, it’s one of the few nurseries that will take babies from six months. Open Saturday to Thursday, 7am to 5pm.
