Sector Seventeen

Sector Seventeen is a specialty coffee café on the first floor of Souq Al Madina in MQ, open seven days a week from 8am to 11pm. The space has a distinct design identity — it takes its name and aesthetic from Sector 17 in Chandigarh, the Indian city designed by Le Corbusier in the 1950s. Grid-like details run through the furniture and walls, and the coffee menu leans into it too, with drinks named after Chandigarh landmarks. It’s the kind of place that rewards a second look. Good for a working morning, a catch-up, or just a decent cup of coffee somewhere that’s put some thought into what it’s doing.
