The Wellness Centre

The Wellness Centre is on the second floor of the Mall at The Walk in Al Mouj, and is the only gym in Oman registered with the UAE Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS). The kit is Technogym from Italy throughout, with MyWellness and MyZone technology built in so you can track effort session by session. Group exercise classes include Les Mills programmes (BODYPUMP, RPM, BodyBalance, CXWORX), Pilates, Gentle Yoga and Power Yoga. There’s also a dedicated women-only zone, KLAFS sauna, a freestyle training area and an interactive PRAMA floor — a sensor-based system that turns the floor and walls into a training experience. Instructors are internationally certified. The WGO corporate membership waives the standard OMR 50 joining fee on top of the discounted rates below.
