We are hosting a session on stress management through yoga & meditation during the Wellness Month. Ms. Anupam Arora, a yoga expert will lead us through some light yoga stretches and breathing techniques. Dr. Alka Ahuja, a meditation expert will teach us how to manage stress and anxiety through Meditation.
About our Speakers: Anupam Arora is a yoga teacher and practitioner for more than 15 years. Dr. Alka Ahuja, Assistant Dean at the College of Pharmacy, National University of Science and Technology has over 20 years experience of teaching people how to manage stress for better health and wellbeing.

Join the WGO as we explore Ruwi & Muttrah Souq Please meet in the car park between Starbucks and Subway in M.S.Q. We will visit a tailor, goldsmith, stationery and art supply shop and then head to Muttrah. This is a very popular event and is limited to 15. We will be carpooling and a long convoy gets troublesome so we need a few ladies to volunteer with the carpooling.
