In this workshop you will learn the basic stitches and to decipher the patterns. You will be able to start producing your own work at home. Sign up at our Wednesday Coffee Mornings on 8, 15 & 22 January at JW Marriott from 9:30 to 11:00am.

You will learn breathing and meditation, mindset and commitment exercises, some theory for deeper understanding, helpful tools to take home and of course cold water exposure in the form of ice baths. The WHM fundamentals workshop is lead by Thomas Kleefeld, a resident Wim Hof Method level 2 instructor and diving professional for 30 years.
