Wim Hoff Method Workshop
InterCity Hotel, Ministries DistrictYou will learn breathing and meditation, mindset and commitment exercises, some theory for deeper understanding, helpful tools to take home and of course cold water exposure in the form of ice baths. The WHM fundamentals workshop is lead by Thomas Kleefeld, a resident Wim Hof Method level 2 instructor and diving professional for 30 years.
