Asado

Asado is the Sheraton’s South American steakhouse, and it’s a step up from the usual hotel restaurant. The format is Rodizio-style, so meat gets carved at the table rather than plated in the kitchen — it’s a more interactive way to eat, and the portions reflect that. Alongside the cuts there are sharing plates, live plating, and marble muddlers so you can mix your own salsas at the table. It’s got more energy than a traditional steakhouse, which either appeals to you or it doesn’t — but if you’re after a proper night out rather than just a meal, it tends to deliver.
