Copper Roastery

Copper Roastery is based in Wadi Kabir and roasts all their coffee in-house. They source, grade and roast specialty coffee for both wholesale clients and individual buyers, with a commitment to fair trade practices throughout the supply chain.

The range runs from standard specialty coffees (scoring 88–89 on the SCA scale) through to single origin and microlot coffees scoring 90 and above. Coffee beans and capsules are available to buy directly from the roastery, with prices ranging from around OMR7.5 to OMR28 depending on the origin and grade. You can also visit in person to try before you buy — there’s a café on site. Open Sunday to Thursday, 8am–6pm.
