Pearl Dimaniyat Diving Center
Description
Pearl Dimaniyat Diving Center is based at Seeb Marina and runs daily snorkelling and scuba diving trips to the Daymaniyat Islands — around 25 to 30 minutes by speedboat from the marina. The centre was founded in 2021 by Arif, who has over 10 years of experience in the diving industry in Oman.
The Daymaniyat Islands are a protected marine reserve. On a typical trip you’re likely to see turtles, moray eels, eagle rays, blacktip reef sharks, barracuda and a wide variety of reef fish. Whale sharks are occasionally spotted on the crossing between June and October.
Snorkelling trips depart at 8:15am (returning around 1pm) and include equipment, island permits, sandwiches, fruit and drinks. An afternoon trip also runs from 1:30pm. Scuba courses are available from complete beginner (PADI/NAUI Open Water) through to Divemaster. Overnight island camping trips are also on offer.
WGO members get 15% off weekend bookings and 20% off on weekdays.
