Nabu Cafe

Nabu is an Iraqi cafe situated within Souq Al Madina, a retail and dining complex on Al Bashair Street in Madinat Al Sultan Qaboos (MQ). The cafe serves Iraqi breakfast dishes alongside salads, pasta, pastries, snacks and desserts. Signature items include makhlama (eggs cooked with tomatoes and spices), bagie bil dihin (bread, beans and omelette), manakeesh, and Iraqi cardamom tea. The menu also includes coffees, fresh juices and artisanal pizzas. The kitchen is open to view. The atmosphere is small and quiet, with modern interior seating.

We are moving to a gorgeous new spot, Nabu Cafe, Souq Al Madina, for July and we would love to see you. Join us every Wednesday throughout July from 9:00 to 11:00am for a relaxed morning of good coffee and great conversation. Whether you are a long-standing member or simply curious about what WGO is all about, you are more than welcome to pull up a chair and say hello.

Cost: Free to attend. Pay as you go if you are having breakfast or coffee.
